I can assure you that the way the weston heli days is run is extremely safe, and there is nothing ''borderline reckless'' about it. I would suggest that if you were a CAA safety officer or if you had any powers in implementing flight safety here in the UK, that you pay this venue a visit and see for yourself.

If you look again at the video you will see that the area has been sectioed off with rope and stakes with signs. Standard for pleasure flying operations in the United Kingdom. Passengers would have been escorted to and from the aircraft by Trained ground crew and have been given thourogh briefing before flight. Perfectley safe!
