If you have the room one thing that might help is to mount the servo on the inside of the frame and place the ball link on the out side of the servo arm.

Hi,T3beatz, I am from towerpro. I saw your video and want to know you if you are interested in testing MG930 for gyro use. I will mail you free samples and all you have to do is install it on heli and test it then send us youtube video for return...how is this idea ?FYI, MG930 revised a bit and the servo arm is easy to install now.
hey are you still using these MG930 servos? any performance issues? how many minutes flight are you getting with the series 3S-2200 batteries?

@taurustbolt I sold the heli a while ago but the servo's held up thro many flights with no problems. A couple of my friends use the MG930's with no problems at all. I didn't use the 2200 batteries for real flying (I just used them while testing). I went with 3000mah 6s lipos.

you should consider putting servo on the inside, and putting ball on other side of the horn???

@209cynical The servos wont fit into the 500 that way, they are to deep.
