lol. The same XPS support that took weeks upon weeks to figure out the issue with the faulty hardware, sent me packages with wrong name and address, and then lost the package all together. Been wrangling with them since January. I think I will take legal action very soon.

Own one. Used one. Broke down within 3 months. Faulty hardware. Took a month for technician to figure out. Sent it back for repairs. Waited 3 weeks. Dell delivered to wrong address. Laptop is now LOST. Dell = big frothy cup of CRAP, well blended, with a side of incompetence.
