I made up the 1st and last 2 progressions described here, but given Ian King credit for the 2nd, the exercise my progression is based off of.

I just discovered Ian King,and have decided to include stretching (Boo!) before lifting weights.

do you load these exercises? I do the third one and have worked up to 85x5 holding a dumbbell out front

What's this exercise for? It wasn't in the 7 days to a better vertical jump.
