Just two weeks after Barack Obama was elected the first Black President, Mershelee overheard a 41 year old enginner by the name of Kenneth Carrethers complaining to a friend about how inefficient the BART cops were...

Mershelee who was standing nearby confronted Carrethers and beat him savagely, hog tied him and then drove to three different hospitals looking for a place that would cover up the wounds he inflicted..
Carrethers filed a complaint which was mysteriously lost.. he was charged with resisting arrest.. Those charges were dropped shortly after Grant was killed.

This is why you always need to report an officer. No matter how small an incident. If you feel threatened or scared for your safety as a citizen and you have done nothing wrong. Go to Internal affairs and report that officer. That way there's a paper trail when that officer takes it to the next level and murders someone or gets murdered.

This was proven to be an outright LIE. Carrethers was proven to be a liar by the very person he was talking to when Mehserle allegedly beat him up. The person with him said Kenneth was lying 100%. Not one witness on the crowded platform corroborated his story in the least. It simply did not happen, and they are furthering a known lie. These "pictures" do not exist. He never filed a complaint until after the Grant shooting. How very sad and pathetic. This woman is a LIAR, and she knows it.
