Dangerous Thoughts

This video focuses on the dangers of negative thinking. By nature I am a "glass half empty" type of person. Over the years I have trained myself to see the good in circumstances and not spiral into negative thinking. I hope this video encourages you the do the same. I welcome your comments. That helped. I was thinking negative and as a way to redirect my thoughts I watch videos like these. I live in abusive environment and soon will be free so I'll focus on that. Thanks :)

Its good to see you again! Enjoyed your video. However, I can see how you would have thought he heard you. But, I am that same way on somethings and I realize later I have caused my own self unnecessary turmoil.

@blackberry9411 - Yep, I'm back :). You know what's even funnier about this story in hindsight...we were seated by the band and they were playing soft music while everyone was speaking.
