Things that you need:
-Browser that can go full screen (firefox with F11)
-Firebug [url http://getfirebug.com/] (F12 to activate)
How to guide:
1.Open your web browser and install firebug add-on (you must have firefox installed first)
2.Go to Runescape and start playing on free play.
3.Open firebug with F12 button.
4.Click the icon next to the bug(to the right) to inspect element on the web browser, after that all components should be highlighted in blue when you go over them.Click ot the very right of adds up there and try to highlight them all.After that simply click left click and follow to the step 5.
5.In down panel as shown in video (white panel) you will see some text highlighted in blue.Right click that text and press "Edit HTML" then press inside and click Ctrl+A and after that press Delete.That should remove that adds.After that press F12 to remove the panel.
6.Press F11 on your Firefox to turn it in Full screen mode.
7.Enjoy playing in Full screen for free.

@PUNI3SH3R basically... he edited the website's code with something called developer tools, all he did was deleted the banner and ads part and his end- removed the ads, then went into fullscreen browsing its a look-alike fullscreen
