  • You have a small processor...you need atleast 2ghz to run sims 2.

  • @Keleisha yeah i looked =\ and its different and i did a check on the sims2 games and it told me this "1.73 GHz Performance Rated at: 2.076 GHz"

  • hmm well it could be a virus or something...... have you tried a virus scan, or maybe you have to much memory..... idk maybe you just shouldn't use the slowmotion cheat...

  • @horses4555 haha im picky i hate slowing up the animations in my editor because it comes out weird and yeah ive scanned my computer and no viruses thanks for the help tho =}

  • have you tried reinstalling teh game, sometime I notice that the sims 2 game glitch and screw up after some time.

  • @uldron yeah i have like 7 times =[ and tried all these stuff i found online but none of them worked nor did removing them completley from my computer

  • wich files do u change?i have the same problem, and another, when is start to film with slowmotion,my slowmo doesnt work,it stop to be slow, and its the normaly tempo...??why..and sry,my english is bad

  • LOL i just had this problem

    wuz my heat sink

  • Most PC games require 2Ghz at the least in order to perform properly but you do seem to have a good graphics card (which is more important than the CPU for running games) thats why certain games seem to work fine.

soz if I caused confusion and also for the page spam, lol =S

  • Yeah, 1.73Ghz is actual clock speed of the CPU and 2.076Ghz is the theriotical speed when compared to the older processors (basically the highest it can go). So in a way yes you can improve your perfomance by overclocking (changing it from 1.73Ghz to 2Ghz making it preform faster) but I do not recommend it as it can crash and completely fry your CPU.

  • that stinks then :( maybe you should just do it on a new computer.

  • weird.... I would think something like that would be your graphics card.. no?? Probably a stupid question, but do you have the latest drivers for your Nvidia?... I have an nvidia card and often have to update due to game glitches... haven't seen that one though.. probably because I don't use the cheat :)..... I always forget to turn it on when filming... :s lol

  • i cant use my phone in the sims dont know why lol but i comes up as i cant use it and it resets my sims can u help?

and i think that ur processor it's too small

  • yeah, one of the problem could be that you have only 1.30 Ghz and you need at least 2.0 Ghz but that wouldn't be a problem if you have a T&L card -T&L: Two separate engines on the GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) that provide for a powerful, balanced PC platform and enable extremely high polygon count scenes.

Or maybe there are too many EPs installed for your computer... =)

    Joke:

Q: How do you catch a squirrel?

A: Climb up a tree and act like a nut!! LOL
