The Black Pearl attack Port Royal under Captain Jack Sparrow command. The pirates go to Elizabeth Swann's house searching for gold and jewelry.

00:34 -- 00:53
Elizabeth hides from them and remembers her boring life as the governor daughter's having James Norrington and Will Tuner's affections. She finds them boring and trapped in their respective positions in society.

00:53 -- 01:11
In present time she meets Jack and is instantaneously besotted. He finds and traps her but the Royal Guard catch him. She goes to the jail to free Jack, she wants leave with him but he says no.

01:11 -- 01:23
She isn't happy with that decision so she runs away from home and secretly aboard the Black Pearl. The next day Jack saves her in a fight against another pirate ship. The same night she tells him her feelings but he don't feels in the same way.

01:23 -- 01:38
He leaves Lizzie with James and her father in the Interceptor but she jumps from the ship. Jack saves her again and they swim to a small island. He again says no to Elizabeth advances.

Sometime after...

01:38 -- 01:45
She is still obsessed about Jack to the point of dreaming about him rejecting her.

01:48 -- 02:00
She is on Tortuga disguised as a man to become a member of the Black Pearl's crew. Jack recognizes her and let her stay in the ship for a while.
She is sad because the compass tells her she is in love but Jack only sees her as a spoiled governor daughter's. He always leaves her behind.

02:00 -- 02:16
She can't let her love for Jack and insist again and again although Jack always says no.

02:16 -- 02:38
Jack tries to convince her to forget about him, but Elizabeth thinks about all the places she has gone for him, she never has found happiness without him.
Jack challenges her to do something for herself, saying she can't take the pirates lifestyle.

02:39 -- 03:00
Elizabeth leaves to become a captain thinking is the way to gain Jack hearts. He only stares at her telling "you don't deserve me".
Elizabeth cries devastated and decides to finally forget about him.

03:00 -- 03:55
Jack dreams about Elizabeth and realizes he has fallen in love with her. He finds her commanding her own ship in China. He confesses is love completely sure of her response but she is too hurt by his past rejections and says she can't be with him.
