  • He did not stop doing the pull ups and continued talkin as if nothing happened

  • NEVER lock your elbow.

    You can easly get injured if you lock your elbows.

  • Basically good advice. Looks like he's even pulling to the chest, and not locking the elbows on the downstroke is smart, as (1) locking them can hurt the elbow joints and (2) a very slight bend keeps tension in the lats, engaging their strenght for pulling up.
