@sev07pass no, the man on top actually would have sprawled. This is how to recover from a failed takedown, or how to recover from someone who got a standing headlock to a sprawl on you.

@50pushups Yep. Bad sit out, not enough pop and the arm coming back doesnt shuck right or hard enough. SIt out also ends up on the opponents back. And correct again, not north south. That would be a sprawl position.
