It's just a drag-n-drop program that's cheap and non-creative.
Just make a regular animation using something to draw frame by frame.

It's pathetic when you think about it -- a world swarming with evolved apes mostly going thru their lives thinking there's a magic wizard looking out for them but also constantly reading their minds and logging their "evil" thoughts for a final judgement that will put most of them into an eternal fire for punishment.

@luisdez81 It's very simple, quick and easy to use. I just used the free version so you don't get very many choices of animation, but you can't complain since it's free. I think I'll use it again. You should try it.
