Most people don't realize how much water they use in a given day. Simple things like turning the water off when brushing your teeth and switching to a low-flow tap save gallons of water. Find out your water footprint and start taking steps to reduce your consumption.

  • This is full of holes. A low flow toilet ends up using more water because you end up flushing it twice or more to clear waste. Stuff like this is all about feeling good about your self while doing nothing.

  • I won't disagree that we use alot of water...but sometimes i think groups like this over exaggerate how much is actually wasted...

  • so start distilling the water,

  • It won't matter because in 15-20 years we will be in a mini ice age. Read up on it, global warming is a scam and the iceburgs are not melting, they're growing

  • every little bit counts and if we all work together, we will make a difference. because one day we will say, "why didnt we save water? even turning off the tap could've been useful. but why didnt we listen to people who were trying to warn us about this? it wasn't very smart"

  • see, its people like you who will one day cause environmental problems, that will eventuly kill us.

  • if its yellow let it mellow if its brown flush it down, ha

  • Yeah, I agree, how stupid is that?

  • May be, but it's not a reason for wasting water.

  • Some people have no idea they're wasting water. They think they are alone in their world.

  • lol no mater is ever wasted seeing how it impossible for it to leave our atmosphere...

  • just so people know no water leaves our atmosphere, and seeing how nothing can physically disappear, yes we do have an abundance of water...
