This week I take on the ass-kicker of all workouts: KICKBOXING! Atomic Boxing had me in on a fusion kickboxing class, where I burned 800-1,000 calories in one hour! I had a blast, felt strong, confident, and my body and heart were on fire. I will definitely reach my fitness goal if I keep this workout up! Try it yourself at the gym or at home with the helpful moves at the end. Have fun, kick ass!
