MechWarrior 3 Intro (Enhanced Widescreen)

Mechwarrior 3 was the last great Mechwarrior game by Microprose before the series was completely taken over by Microsoft. I was also the first MechWarrior game not developed by Activision. MechWarrior 3 featured an all new 3D accelerated graphics engine. The game contained over 20 missions, with access to 18 different 'Mechs.

The story opens with a briefing of the Inner Sphere (IS) commanders daring plan to eliminate the most hostile and vicious clan in the Inner Sphere: Clan Smoke Jaguar. The mission, codenamed Damocles, is to attack key Smoke Jaguar installations on the planet Tranquil, including a 'Mech Factory, a starport and a geothermal power plant, and to eliminate Smoke Jaguar forces and leadership on planet.

Still think MW2: Mercenaries was my favorite, however, I always had issues with MW3 crashing (On windows 7) so it didn't really get a fair chance.

@best360gamer Because when a 'mech goes critical it usually will wipe out all nearby 'mechs. The Vulture was twice as far back and it had its left arm and right leg ruined by the explosion.

So you could actually play a game like MechWarrior when you were from 2-4?

That's a little hard to believe, with everything you had to master.

I love this game. Over the years, I think I've played this game more than any other game (except maybe CoD4)
