I SAW RAY PRICE LAST WEEK AT STAFFORD CENTRE ON HIS 86TH BIRTHDAY AND HIS VOICE IS MORE BEAUTIFUL AND STRONGER THAN EVER. HE PLANS TO START RECORDING AGAIN. I'M SO HAPPY BECAUSE I HAVE ALL OF HIS ALBUMS.

@bobbieearle I hope that you have followed the discussion, because you clearely don't understand. all I said is that you shouldn't mock the voice of a legend like Frank Sinatra. I didn't say anything bad about Ray Price, cuz why should I? I jam his songs with my pa like every day. I'm a huge fan!!!

I was not a early Ray Price fan but I also think he sound better now, I alway like his songs his voice is much richer and deeper.

I love his voice and music. No one can compare, especially with today's singers of all types. There must be something wrong with your hearingt Lerafis. Not only has he been named to the Hall of Flame he is still performing at 85 and his voice is still just as beautiful and strong. Actually he sounds much better than when he was young.

@Leroyfis I didn't mean he actually had no voice, just that on so many of his songs his voice seemed to waver - slide almost - between the actual note he was singing and its sharp/flat. Maybe its me, but I guess I just don't like that style.......He sold HOW many records? LOL, oh, okay then - he must have had something! :-)
