@arcvideo I had the same problems they are nerds that think they are better then the morons like us, no affence. Everytime i contacted longhorn or ben hack all of them dont wonna be bother. One of them got rude at me for the way my spelling is on my emails, and then said to me im a ee person and dont have time for this and that he was very nasty. If you cant get your money then file a clam he will reply then.
