Thousands of people gathered in Chicago's Daley Plaza to view the IOC voting ceremony - there was disbelief in the crowd when Chicago was eliminated in the first round of voting.

Funny that you'd say that; about an hour before this, they were handing out the "Chicago 2016 Copenhagen" T-shirts, and they actually are orange. A lot of them will probably end up in thrift stores now.
