i think training in nature is the best way to train!!!

It's good training, but he doesn't look like a pro fighter. I'm sure higher-level amateurs at his weight would give him a run for his money.

Rear heel should always be up especially when in kick stance...

@kneeinyourface This is what you get for listening to Creed... j/k.

After all this training, he was knocked out in the first 5 seconds.

very good training! as for the man himself in my humble opinion he is a very good fighter. nice power and technique. he could be faster though. other than that very good. the only thing left now is to see his stamina and more complex combinations on the mitts. i just saw simple ones.

i dont want this 2 sound mean but
u shoudnt use exercise machines, use free weights they engage tour stabiliser muscles more which is beneficial for a fighter or for that matter any athlete. :)
how did this man get on in his fight?
win or lose? im curious
For the curious, this was just one day out of a 6 day training regiment. Some days were light, some with sparring, etc... Anyway, for the curious, I totally ripped my knee apart a few weeks later doing BJJ. If I had been younger, I would have just rehabbed the knee and trained again, but as I was 39 at the time, I just rehabbed the knee and decided to "just coach". I regret it a bit, but I'm still having fun anyway. PEACE!
