Ok i want to start riding but i have no experience what so ever. I dont know what board/boots etc. to get. I'd like to know any suggestions you might have.

Is this a good board for groomers?

I am 5'7" and I weigh 120lbs. I am an intermediate rider and I mainly do free riding down groomers, but I would like to try powder if I get the chance. Do you think this is the right board for me? I don't ever plan on doing terrain park or any huge jumps or anything. Just have fun riding down the slope, maybe at high speeds once I get advanced. I am undecided if I should get the regular Custom or Custom Flying V. Also, what size should I get?

Hi, I'm 165 tall and weigh 154 lb with size 6 boots, would a 154 burton custom flying v and small malavita EST bindings be ok?

@kneedownpuppy that sounds like a good size for your weight... and yes the small Malavitas will work great with the custom.

@rmr3nuskool The Flying V is going to be a little more forgiving then the Cambered version. With a little more info i will be able to give you some good recommendations. How much do you weigh? What size feet do you have?

i am a new snowboarder and was looking at the custom flying v for 100$ or o do you think that it would be ok for a new rider wanting to carve and just go down the mountain?

@Benfro89 $100? That's one heck of a deal. It is a great board for intermediate snowboarder just looking to go for a cruse.
