Imogen Heap - Hide And Seek (Frequent Flyers Mix)

This has to be my favourite mix of Hide And Seek by Imogen Heap. Other mixes or remixes try to set the entire song to a dance track which, in my mind, just doesn't work due to the nature of the song. Here they have just taken one part of the song and repeated it over to a great beat, which i think works really well tho i am sure some people may find it repeatitive. I think that it's a shame this mix never got released.

Once again i've used Audiosurf for the vid as i just think it's bloody amazing and it's look suits these kind of dancey tracks very well.

@Aricurm Remixes are supposed to change the meaning and value of the original song. You don't have to like it but you can't put it down cause it doesn't maintain the original sentiments.

Nice Audiosurf run, very good remix of one of the best songs in existence. No problems with 240p, unless you have astigmatism

@Aricurm It seems to me that you just don't get this sort of music, which is fine, but you really shouldn't be so judgemental or dismissive of something you do not understand. The various forms of dance music are capable of both inspiring very strong emotions in the listener as well as expressing the feelings of those who've put it together.

@Aricurm I feel the same about music as you do man, but while you are entitled to your opinion you seem to keep missing the point of remixes such as this one. Their approach is to create a new feeling from the original song (which i also love btw) not to try and preserve it's feelings and sentiments. Nor is it their intention to just create something that sounds "cool".

well i may know music theory but i kinda disreguard it because personally i think music comes from the heart not the sheet of paper which is also why i believe whoever made this remix took away so much from the song because they chose whatever sounded "cool" and it wasnt from the hear at all
