Yes, Boehner got his preambles mixed up.
On the other hand we have such idiocy as Sen. Schumer stating the 3 branches of the Federal Government are “. . . the Senate, the House of Representatives, and the President”.
So which is worse ---- wrong Founding Document attributed as the source of a quote ---- or a total failure to comprehend the structure of the Government?

I recall Gov. Florio of New Jersey once said “The state grants people rights. . . “, reflecting an un-American view that the people have no “God-given” or inherent rights as set forth in both the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights, but only “rights” the government chooses to allow.
Maybe we should require anyone running for public office to pass a Civics test.
