Perhaps the focus concerning marijuana should be on the fact that the FDA erroneously has marijuana catogorized as a drug when every herbal authority in the world has it catogorized as an herb, which the FDA has no jurisdiction. It seems that the only reason it is classified in this way is so that the FDA can keep it illegal so that their wealthy buddies in the drug cartels can keep their monopoly on it's marketing. Since Marijuana is a natural herb, it is technically not a drug in the 1st place

I agree, but would like to add the fact that there are "people" on this earth that have actively implemented this plan. Follow the money trail;

Big pharma doesn't want you to buy or GROW your own medicine. They make A LOT of money selling questionable "drugs". (research anti-depressants and search "BAYER AIDS")

The FBI and MANY other government agencies are getting A LOT of your tax dollars to fight this "drug war".

End the "drug war", will we all become drug addicts?

Put all that money into drug and alcohol rehab instead.

'Acts' and 'Statues' can only be enforced by consent in the first place and so the reality is, there is no law that stops you from using any drug what so ever, not common law... and tell me anyone who would knowingly consent to being governed on soemthing they dont have to accept?
