You can think of a CTS (catera touring sedan) as a Camaro (dare I say F body) cause if shared architecture(CTSV/ZL-1 Camaro - SAME car underneath) yep, your so sophisticated in your Catera Camaro w truck engine you go boy

I love the Cadillac's from the 60's and 70's, but 1986 had to be one of the WORST years GM ever produced cars. They where cramped,had so many engine and tranny problems. The computers in the cars where always going bad. Just a nightmare.

The Deville is based on the relatively expensive C-body platform. The Celebrities were built on the cheaper A-body platform design. Unfortunately, back then Cadillac, Buick, Oldmobile, Pontiac and Chevy had the same general body shape. The cars wer look- alikes, but were made larger or smaller depending on the model.
