Conventional medical doctors don't recognise the symptoms of mercury poisoning. It took me 3 weeks of eating fish nearly every day to develop mercury poisoning symptoms. It took me another 4 months to figure out that, in fact, the symptoms I was experiencing was caused by mercury. 16 months later I'm much improved after doing chelation with alpha lipoic acid and DMSA, but I'm still experiencing some minor symptoms. Don't eat fish. It's poison. You can get the protein and omega 3 from elsewhere.
