Good start and some good points. Remember to always lengthen the spine and free the neck, (Alexander Technique). Also remember to raise the shoulders to within 1 or 2 inches of the chin. She has this appearance but many with bad posture must raise their shoulders. This is not a so called nervous gesture. You are only positioning your body appropriately when raising your shoulders. This also beefs up the area between the head an the shoulders so you won't have a overly long neck.

Umm I disagree with her posture..............she has the "low self esteem stance" where her head hangs low...for lack of a better word....

This is a good start. However, don't forget about your lower back & hips. Many people try to arch their back to "stand up straight". A suggestion is to lie flat on the floor letting your lower back relax towards the floor. Due to the arch of the spine, don't expect it to touch the floor, however, you will probably notice that it is closer than while standing. Arching your back does not improve your posture! However, it can cause lower back pain.
