A few drills from a WR blocking progression I put my wide receivers through focusing on hand placement and punch with thumbs up and striking with the base of their palms, keeping their hands inside the DBs frame, keeping their legs moving, dropping their hips and chopping their feet so they can react to a moving target, and finally recognizing the most dangerous man and taking the correct angle in order to block him.
ive had this problem since modified season in football, i now see what i did wrong,,this vid is pretty helpful,

Good drill. Too many coaches don't know the importance of having a blocking WR. Colleges drool over good WR that can block as well as score TDs1
