  • He looks like the inspiration for the Swedish Muppet Show cook! What a versatile comedian. He was a major source of inspiration for Terry Gilliam. Unlike the Pythons, he got the Hungarian right, as far as I can judge, because he was of Hungarian descent! Chicken is indeed 'csirke', turkey is 'pulyka', garlic is 'fokhagyma', wine is 'bor' (without the comic(?) diaeresis). I also found the 'kolbász' intriguing. They are known as 'kielbasa' in Poland and the USA, and as 'kovbasa' in Ukraine.
