If anyone reads this please help us in Cedar Rapids. We are losing 286 houses (some of the best ones) to a posh riverfront plan that was planned before the flood.

I shot this about 24 hours ago right now I would be totaly submerged over my head. Good luck cole (Our cat I could not catch).
