I started to fall asleep at 17:00, (coincidentally about 1/2 hour after my last meal!). This is very common for me after a meal, I cut sugar out of diet long ago, and get most of carbohydrates from brown rice. Is it possible that I still get tired after meals because of unhealthy eating habits when I was younger?

Sometimes YouTube screws up and say's a video isn't available. It's just an error, try the refresh. If it still doesn't work, come back later and it will work.
The video is still up though.

Would you be healthy if you only eat lean meats, fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds?
No Dairy and Grains..I'm only 16 but I'm thinking of eliminating these foods because my blood type doesn't accept them.
Would something happend to me if I stopped?

lean meats, fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds would be excellent and a much more healthy diet than what most people America eat.
