too bad that, by the time this film came out, George Lucas had transformed into a talentless monster.

the story was fine, but it could have been made alot better. it was too "friendly", both movie in it self and the music score, compared to the original trilogy that was more gritty. My opinion, but i still watch it. it was great seeing Harrison in the outfit again. but Spielberg: Comparing Shia to River phoenix....thats a huge insult to Phoenix who was a much better actor. comparing them both just shows how shitty Hollywood has become

@Adiorocks949 yea never said anything about him directing
-
Yeah executive producer. Not involved with directing at all.
-
@Adiorocks949 he was executive

YOU FUCKING RAPED ME, SPIELBERG!!!!!
-
Speilberg didn't direct Transformers 1 either, that was also Bay.
-
@EthanTheSlayer haha michael bay's always been a shitty director. it's ironic because spielberg's always the director that contemporary critics accused of infantilizing cinema, despite being a filmmaker of incredible technical depth. but michael bay.... absolute bottom of the barrel... no substance to his films at all

THEIR RAPING HIM!!!!

@mindstormsabrewin someone thought transformers 2 was directed by spielberg?! that's so insulting..
Speilberg did not direct Transformers 2. I think it was Michael Bay.

i don't know why people hate indy 4 so much. i found the film was great. i am a fan of the first three films, and i didn't try to compare it to the first three, which i know a lot of people did. i looked at it as a film on its own, which any decent film critic, film enthusist, or indy fan SHOULD DO and i saw it as a wonderfully entertaining movie with an exciting plot, great action, wonderful cast and a great performance by Harrison Ford, the one and only Indiana Jones.
