A bull ant takes 40 summoning, and its special restores your run energy based on your agility level. Using scrolls instead of energy potions is quite cheaper. I have 44 summoning and use bull ants, and I have 60 agility and it restores 30% energy in one scroll. I think it's safe to say it restores half your agility level. At 52, the spirit terrorbird's special does the same thing, though I assume it's more energy.

1)store the ess on the familiar BEFORE filling your pouches, there is a little delay if you do it the way you did.

2)Exit from the north door, it's actualy a little faster.

3)when you tele back, try entering from the north door too, also saves a tiny little bit of time

4)try clicking on the wildy ditch 5 sqs away from it, so you don't slow down

5)add a crystal shield 10/10 to your set, same run energy restoration and a lot more def ;)
