Muse at 1996 = fucking schoolboys, Radiohead at 1996 = One of the (if not THE) greatest bands of the decade (at that time, after OK Computer is a fact they were the best band around). If someone is ripping off something is Muse from Rage Against the Machine, and that's not called ripping off it's called influence...
