The DOD need to arrest and detain all the congress , the chief executive, that voted into law any document that violates the constitution. This not only would include the latest violation but the ones included in the so called patiot acts, and post great civil war laws.The post civil war traitors are all dead but the laws that were passed still exist. All laws that attempt to overwrite the constitution should automatically be deleted and the authors arrested and forever barred from gov employ

The judge should have mentioned the fact that most of those things have already happened in one or more points in American history. The government arrested dissenters of world war I and jailed them because they were "interfering with recruitment and bond sales".
