Our Constitution has worked just fine for over 200 years. The "fundamental flaw" is that we have leaders who have no honor for their oaths of office, and they need to be removed and charged with TREASON! And th sooner, the better!

Wtf about the flaw that he f-ing gave money to GoldmanSach????and all his big corporation buddies? No money was spent on the "toxic mortgages" which brought down our economy. So I guess that Obama's corporate buddies are more important than our economy? What about the flaw that Obama allowed American people to go homeless?

What about the flaw that unemployment went to the moon? What about the flaw that our deficit is un-freaking-comprehensible? And this guy is attacking our constitution?

Duh the constitution is not perfect, that is why the framers made provisions for amendments, and would no doubt look favorably on any good attempt to improve it. They didn't want mindless robots as American people. Anybody who doesn't understand that either doesn't understand the constitution, or doesn't understand it. Simple.

@TheRyesick1 uhhh, 'all men are created equal' was not in the constitution, it was in the 'declaration of independence'.

no 'amendments' to the final declaration of independence.

@kirokyukan you, sir, are ABSOLUTELY correct.  that's why the constitution has provisions for amendments, because the founding fathers KNEW that the constitution, like anything by man, is 'flawed'.

but folks would rather sit back and play 'biggest patriot', without even understanding the constitution or history. that kind makes me laugh.
