You really need to get a real rack.

Unfortunately this content is no longer relevant in order to pass the CCIE lab.

You would need at least two switches. All the routers can be vtirualised in dynamips.
But if your serious about spending a good couple months of your life studying for this exam your going to need the whole lot that's in this video (If not more). If you go your route all you can do is practice basic concepts, perform the commands and that's it. In a full lab you can implement those concepts and see it in action. You can also "Break" it and then try fix it too - Get a friend for it

It's been said before. But I have to agree with everyone else:
Nice equipment
plenty of space
that equipment deserves to be in a rack!
Heck, I only have a couple of 2600 routers and 2 2950 switches and I'm looking at racks now.

Make more videos.
A couple things to note:
- Video is 2+ yrs old, and the CCIE has changed dramatically since. So this is no longer relevant for the actual design...it's fine for general lab practice.
- 2501's - I know they're old...like 10yrs old. That's the point, and you can get them cheap on ebay or probably for free. The only purpose for the 2501's is to inject routes into your lab.
- My poor poor rack. Why spend a lot of $ on an expensive rack? The rack is not part of the exam. $30 at HD works just fine.
