Why have private insurers at all? What essential service do they provide?
How about Medicare for all, and allowing the government to bargain for drugs just like Costco or Wal-mart or other large buyers? Instead or worrying about deductibles, co-pays, skyrocketing premiums, or pre-existing conditions you could just get care when you need it, and at a 4% overhead, instead of the 30% profit and overhead private insurers put in their pockets, instead of into health care.
You know...it would really benefit the people of our nation if we could see ratifications and ammendment texts. I also believe that having these texts created in a "legible" form and not one that can be evaluated 9 different ways.
