Moist Water Drop Water Cylinder ~ +45 Water Damage(Includes 1/5 upgrade for +3)
Water Drop Round Shield ~ +5 Water Damage
Delicate Water Drop Starry Wizard Hat ~ +5 Water Damage
Water Drop Ring ~ +5 Water Damage
Water Drop Ring ~ +5 Water Damage
Water Drop Quilting Gloves ~ +5 Water Damage
Soggy Academic Royal Alchemist Robe ~ +27 Water Damage
Baking Flooded Royal Alchemist Boots ~ +12 Water Damage

That should total to about +109 Water Damage.

Rank 1 Alchemy Mastery provides a +45% damage boost and rank 1 Rain Casting provides a +20% damage boost to Water Cannon. What's missing are the Transparent enchants on the two accessories and possibly overwriting Academic with Water Drop, although I think that would be a terrible thing to do.

Hehe Silly Cosmic you forgot your Royal title :D~ whats that +15~ and Alch mastery has more hidden damage now I believe~ Not sure on that one tho. But you Beat me damage wise (didnt have rain). Highest 1 hit was 387(none crit) Highest charged hit 1956(none crit) and... a 4.1k Fully charged crit. The 6k made my lip quiver :s
