We still do the "almost what I wanted" christmas gifts...I bought my girls the American Girl dolls they wanted. But, because those dolls are like $100 each, I didn't by all the American Girl brands clothes and accessories my girls wanted for them which would have been an additional hundreds of dollars. I was like "surprise...we know this lady who makes and sells a bag of knockoff American Girls clothes for $30, and you can put $1 Dollar Tree bows in their heads." LOL
@GirlsLoveYourCurls gosh, they are really growing on camera!! hahaha, i remember leaving cut outs from a magazine once for dear santa, and he still didn't get it right. my aunt said he had forgotten his glasses at the north pole, i really felt bad for him then lol :)
