  • will this workout just tight our forearms or will expand it and make bigger ........becuse i want bigger forearms

  • how many reps should you do for this excercise?

  • u cant build your wrists as wrists are mainly a bone structure rather than muscle but this does strngthen your wrist to prevent injury for boxing and bag work etc..................and yea man this is one of the best things for forearms

  • I do this with a 20 lb weight and man it burns. My forarms are big but my wrist is skinny. What do you think I should do?

  • The exercise is great, but the weight on the bottom is all off center, and the rope is going to one side. I am talking about developing muscle imbalances, when you roll up most of the resistance is on your right arm. because that's the location where the rope is curling up to, making your right arm stronger than your left, caus cause harm in the long run

  • i made the one i have ... a stick , rope , and weight ... pretty easy .

  • I used to do this when I was a kid, bummer most Gyms don't have this equipment in the US.

  • wrist roller is a forearm blaster!!!...3 or 4 rep and your forearms will burn like hell!
