Today was Chest/Biceps and we didn't get any of the chest exercises on video because it was just too crowded at that point. The pictures at the end of the video were shot over the weekend during my practicing. I just set it up and shoot basically. My camera has always taken fuzzy pictures, but it seems like it has gotten worse...I have dropped it a handful of times so that could be a contributing factor.
As of right now, the current routine is: Sunday: Chest/Biceps, Monday: Quads/Calves, Tuesday: Back/Triceps, Wed: OFF, Thursday: Shoulders/Traps, Friday: Hamstrings/Abs/Calves
