I feel this series would be much better if you wore a mexican wrestler's mask and talked in a deeper voice. Thumbs up if you agree.

Agreed 97%!! :-p And I'm the one who put dislike! Because it was too green! It's almost Christmas so...a bit of red would be nice. I hope you forgive me.

@MaxwellHennasby It is much better in America than in the UK I feel.

For the next talk, you could talk about some of the topics of discussion at PKBC V, like making a good impression with the public, or parkour competitions.
-
make a res talks on how the term "plyo" referring to multiple precision jumps is stupid.

this guy slept with my cousin

@TomewardBound Yh same.

@JustElijah static stretching only decreases maximal power/strength output for 25-30 minutes after, so you'll be more than fine stretching the day before. also, your muscles don't relax when you stretch.

@TomewardBound Yh you?
Difference between training to get strong or training to get better at parkour? I assume you are just referring to movements there. Apart from that good videos.

@woody369 I'm referring to being a better parkour athlete. You don't become that by doing exercises. The same works for any other sport. Relative strength will help you a lot with parkour, but it doesn't equal being an awesome athlete. It's just a small piece fo the puzzle ;)

Wouldn't it make sense for you to have a warm up day before "game" day? When doing an actual warm up, stretching doesn't actually activate muscles; it's from doing little exercises and random sprints that wake up your body. Stretching and "recovering" your body from doing nothing, will just put it to sleep well. I don't necessarily mean you shouldn't do that stuff, but I think it would be best to at least get out your house and do some light training, then come back to prepare for the next day.

@JustElijah There is nothing wrong with a complete day off. If you feel more comfortable with a warm up day go for it. Stretching the previous day will not "put your body to sleep". That's an absolute myth.
