Foot care for people with diabetes

Diabetes is the largest cause of lower-limb amputation outside trauma.

Diabetics patients are at risk of infections which if left un-checked can lead to serious complications, if their feet are not cared for properly.

It is therefore vital that people with diabetes receive the care necessary, to help them look after their feet.

This short film tells patients about the importance of looking after their feet and how to do it, while professionals are shown how to check feet for potential problems.
