So we go to turn the frog back into his original form. To do that, we must meet the Witch Nimufu in her tower. There are a few puzzles here, but none of them are too bad. Most of them involve switches and things.

how u get to that location?

You mean the landmass or the Tower? You have to take the Boat out of the City that has the Well. I don't remember the name of it, but I believe it is Capitan. To do that, you have to save the villagers in the well, and then talk to the Granny to awaken your powers. Then you need to get a carpenter. It's pretty complicated for just being in a comment box.
