Bomber, go back to school and earn your GED if you want to make an opinion about the City, Mayor, black people, or the Traffic Agents working for NY. It looks by the way you are writing that you are uneducated, failed the Traffic Agent test, or have a beef with people working for the Police Department. traffic police are a bunch of filthy pigs doing da mayors dirt. entrapment is illegal in america and so many young black kids doing da mayors dirt is very disturbing. latino and black cops have defeated the whole purpose what we fought for so they could be a police officer. they should be ashamed of themselves. I am ashamed for them.

next time you see a officer holding up traffic to write a ticket, approach him or her and tell them to make there traffic stop off the road next time!!!! that's if it bothers' you that much
