The reason he's in there is because he used dud checks to pay the girls in a Mexican brothel. His bandmates didn't bail him out because he strangled 2D before leaving.
It's all in Rise of The Ogre. Wasn't a cheap book but oh so worth it in the end.l I definitely recommend buying it. :D
