@smpennst Generally when someone is highly recruited, they are good. Getting free tattoos isn't exactly cheating, unless the tattoos were fucking magic shit that made them play better. Sure they can help with recruitment, but our past classes haven't been that good. This year is better than years past. By the way, other Penn State seem to think that you guys are good too. At least we didn't cover up a fucking child rapist.
