This seaside resort underwent a $40 m renovation to restore it to its former glory. It is situated at the quiet end of Miami Beach and only a 10-minute drive south of the nightlife and the shopping and eating venues of South Beach. Around 10 minutes north of the hotel is the upmarket Bal Harbour. Various restaurants and bars can be found about 5 km away and a public transport stop is roughly 3 km from the hotel.

Facilities:
This air-conditioned beach hotel comprises 14 floors with a total of 231 rooms. Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, and a lift. Breakfast is served in the Courtyard Café, lunch and happy hour in the Tiki Bar, and dinner in Carrabba's. The sundry shop sells sandwiches, cold drinks, and crisps. Business guests may make use of the conference room and Internet access. Room and laundry services are also available. Those arriving by car may use the car park (charges apply).
