Guest on the Fox Business Happy Hour to discuss the President's plan to raise taxes and increase government spending as a means to help us out of our economic recession.
So.... we are going to "spend our way out of this recession" (which of course was caused by people spending/borrowing money they didn't have and could not afford to pay back) with money the Government does not have and will not be able to pay back. That doesn't sound like a recipe for disaster. Just sayin'
But looking at their new budget and trillion-dollar stimulus, the Democrats seem to want to spend way, way more, thus borrowing way, way more from China as a result.
The numbers are not there for this fantasy plan of Obama's. He's out to break the country. He wants to ham string us, so w can't be a force to be reckoned with in the world. Look for China and or Russia to try something in the next two to four years.

I really dont need to counter your lame accusations about the inequity of wealth in the US.
Just go to any socialist country where the poverty and the misery are much more evenly spread.

Ok Brit,
Although the US economy has grown over the past 40 years, Real wages have actually fallen.
US workers are more productive, but in real wages, they are paid less.
Yet pay at the top has grown enormously.
Don't weep for the taxes on the rich. It's no more "their money" than medieval manor lords owned "their land" or "their surfs".
The top 3% percent own 90% of the country.
They've siphoned it off, and FAILED to reinvest as they promised.

It's still better than Republican ideology of "Borrow from China and Spend"
