Okay so you chose a picture import it in to gamesalad make it an actor and then in the actor make a rule that says on touch play sound (pick your sound) then you put your actor into your game and then run it.
sorry if even this is complicated i have been using gamesalad for 2.5 years now and if you have anything you need to know ask me and i will write back or make a tutorial on it!
